Unlike other Vitamin C products that are filled with 80-95% water and chemicals, PLANT MOTHER uses 100% natural waterless formulation. For instance, Vitamin C products with water as their main ingredient typically lack nutrients. In addition, they contain heavy preservatives to prevent bacteria from growing. Finally, exposures to air, heat, or light can slowly degrade them. For that reason, water-based Vitamin C has notoriously problematic stability.

VITAMIN C SERUM APPLICATION AND USE
Apply the serum as a first step on thoroughly cleaned skin. To begin with, put 2-3 drops on your hands and pat the serum to your face, neck, and décolletage. Then wait until it absorbs before you apply makeup or layer other products. Use it every morning and/or night. The bottle will last you 3-4 months with a daily use.
You should use Vitamin C and Retinol serum daily as the holy grail of your skincare routine. However, you should not use them at the same time or mixed together. You should be using Vitamin C in the morning and Retinol over night. Or you can use them alternatively every night.
Most of our customers don’t use a moisturizer because our serums are as nourishing as they are moisturizing. So from the nutritional standpoint, you don’t need any other products because our serums are moisturizing and have a high amount of nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants to fulfill your skin’s nutritional needs.
If you want to use any additional products, make sure you use our serum first (as a first step), on a clean skin, and wait until your skin soaks it before applying any other product or makeup.
Some people like to apply our serums on damp skin for a very nice moistened feel.
Our Vitamin C serum is perfect for am – apply it in the morning right after washing your face (on slightly damp or dry skin).
Use our Retinol serum during the night. Again, clean your skin and apply the serum on a slightly damp or dry face.
You can use only a few drops each time, put them on your hands and gently press all over your face. Some people like to put 5-6 drops, some 2-3 – it is a personal preference, you can test and see how much you like to apply.
